about

At night, I lie under blankets with an old longwave radio, turning the dial, searching for transmissions from a universe in which we had won. Ten years into the supercontext and we're on the wrong side of it, archons running wild. But sometimes, I hear the music from better worlds. Between the songs, are hints of how to turn this universe inside out and back to what it should have been.

Recorded Live at the Bookery Gallerie on August the 24th
International Strange Music Day was created in 1997 by Patrick Grant, who was a New York City musician and composer at the time. The premise of the day is simple: to get people to play and listen to types of music they have never experienced before.
